The word " commitment " can be defined as the willingness to employ the required process towards a set goal. It can also be defined as the practical investment of time, energy and resources in pursuit of a stated objective.
Commitment is the baseline for accomplishment. Without commitment there can never be an accomplishment. 

"Nothing enhances the worth", determination, effort and energy of a man like the work of his hands",
"Free money never adds value to a man". Like  "nothing moves without a mover". It has also been said that there is no history without an event but please permit me to add mine, there is no history without an event and "there is no event without human input". Behind every event in history, there must be a human face.

In science it is said that, every object assumes a state of rest until a relevant force is applied. There is no future for an idle man. It does not matter how many degrees you have acquired, if you are not working you are not living. And living without working is like dying without knowing.

Nothing works without someone working it. There is dignity in labour. Idleness is an enemy of destiny.
