This morning we visited the neighboring city of Bisceglie, a city overlooking the sea and which has a beautiful port, close to the historic center of the city. From the apex of the walls, you can enjoy an excellent overview of the port, distinguishing very well the fishermen's boats, those generally colored blue like the sea, from the more modern ones of enthusiasts.

During the summer season, the stretch of road that runs along the port becomes a pedestrian area, favoring a long corridor for the strolling of people, close to restaurants, pubs and cafes. In the evening, the lights of the city and the port illuminate the whole environment in an enchanting way and from the position we are in now, everything becomes so unique and wonderful.

The day is gloomy and the sea reflects the dark colors, an intense rain characterized our stay with heavy showers but of short duration. In fact it looks a bit like the typical summer weather. My son particularly liked the rain, he actually loves it and has been running the whole time jumping in puddles of water here and there. Luckily he was fully protected in waterproof boots, waterproof trousers and a waterproof jacket with a hood, so he was safe from the water itself.
