Personally I believed that Elon Musk really wanted to play with society, it is in his character to provoke but perhaps this time he really exceeded the limit and the 44 billion offer to take over the social platform could not be ignored and concluded with nothing. In my opinion, the goal is really very difficult, creating a decentralized environment means eliminating Musk's own figure, and I'm not sure that's exactly what he wants. On the other hand, he has invested an important slice of his market and the entrepreneurial side of him has already planned how to obtain profits. Despite the particular character, Elon Musk remains in genius and a great businessman, you can't buy decentralization

E alla fine Elon Musk si ha acquistato Twitter. Si, questa volta è definitivo e la telenovelas è finita. Il giorno prima di entrare in tribunale contro la causa giudiziaria avviata da Twitter dopo la sua apparente rinuncia, sostenendo che la stessa società lo avesse ingannato sul numero di account fake presenti sulla piattaforma, Musk entra jel quartier generale della società e la sua prima decisione è il licenziamento di 3 membri: l'amministratore delegato Parag Agrawal, il direttore finanziario Ned Segal e il responsabile del settore legale e politico Vijaya Gadde sarebbero stati licenziati, con l'accusa da parte di Musk di averlo ingannato sul numero di account spam presenti sulla piattaforma.

Personalmente ho creduto che Elon Musk volesse davvero giocare con la società, è nel suo carattere provocare ma forse questa volta ha superato davvero il limite e l'offerta da 44 miliardi per rilevare la piattaforma social non poteva essere ignorata e conclusa con nulla di fatto. Il numero di account fake maggiori del 5% mi sembrano un po'una farsa, nel tentativo di revocare la sua stessa offerta. Ma ormai le cose sono andate oltre e i legali di Twitter hanno avviato una causa giudiziaria che si sarebbe chiusa certamente a favore della società. Per questo motivo alla fine Elon Musk ha firmato l'acquisto ed è entrato in modo provocatorio negli uffici con un lavandino tra le sue braccia.

L'obiettivo dichiarato di Elon Musk è apportare un profondo cambiamento degli algoritmi che sono la causa dei bans più celebri, tra cui Donald Trump. L'obiettivo a mio avviso è davvero molto difficile, creare un ambiente decentralizzata significa eliminare pa stessa figura di Musk, e non sono certo che sia esattamente ciò che lui voglia. D'altronde ha investito una importante fetta del suo mercato e il suo lato imprenditoriale ha già progettato come ottenere guadagni. Nonostante il personaggio particolare, Elon Musk resta in genio e un grande uomo d'affari, la decentralizzazione non puoi comprarla
