After a couple of days of a successful **Hardfork** (and one of the most important in my opinion) Hive is at a difficult crossroads due to a general decline in the prices of all cryptos, we passed some pretty solid highs to fall back below the $0.50 line, although there are many ways to read this. 

The recent fall of bitcoin is a very marked one, we have been seeing a year where the reference currency has not stopped having instability everywhere and the focus of attention has been gradually shifting to altcoins like Hive, which has developed since its inception a whole community and an ecosystem of the most interesting that I have seen in the crypto market.

Just for starters the community has found a litter of writers and content creators of all types and sizes, I find it especially amazing all the Spanish speaking users that make life in each of the Hive communities and how their ideas differentiate Hive from its competition. Hay contenido de sobra e ideas tambien. 

It is also quite surprising the amount of tools that come out every day from our developers, Hive is always renewing itself and the best thing is that there are users who really benefit from these developments, recently with the new hardfork they incorporated the CR delegation and not a day went by before someone developed a tool to make this easier. 

Peakd y LeoFinance has been one of those places that I always recommend to people that are taking their first steps on this blockchain, I simply find them two platforms that have a lot of what makes a great writer platform, I have had great times writing for both frontends as well as using what they have.

## I' m not even looking at the prices.

Overall, it's been a long time since I've worried about pricing, I feel like I've built such a network of friends in this blockchain (and especially in the Hispanic community) that it just entices me every day to wake up and check my *new social networks* for content, 


Hive is still an ecosystem hidden from the grand scheme of the internet but the work of some of its most fervent contributors makes a huge effect for content creators to set the bar higher every day, it's so refreshing to see how smoothly everything works and that's what I'm seeing with several of Hive's proposals this year.
