Hello beautiful hivers❤️🥰👋, today i am here to share my first hand knowledge on freelancing...I have been a freelancer for about a year now and it has been a very amazing journey so far. I am a freelancer who is based in development of websites, web apps and Ui/Ux designs...I've developed 10+ top notch websites for my clients in which I can show to any of my fellow hivers on request.

Before I proceed, Let me shed a little light on who is a freelancer, advantages of being a freelancer, qualities of a successful freelancer, and tips to be a stay tuned and enjoy!

A freelancer is an independent personnel who is paid his/her wages per job or per task usually on short terms .

The advantage of freelancing over working on employment basis is that:

- You Can have a flexible work schedule.
- You could work from the comfort of your home.
- You get to avoid monotony.
- You set your rates/pay yourself.
- You can have a better work life balance.
