When we hear people say that crypto is volatile, but failed to acknowledge the fact that US stocks is volatile too. Indian stocks are volatile too, but again out here in India we have a limit that the stocks cannot fall or go high after certain level, but in Crypto or US stocks there is no limit.

I was looking at the share price of Sezzle which is listed in Nasdaq and found out the the share has gone up by 70% today itself. This is the true volatility.

And just see the 52 week high and 52 week low where you can see that the stock gone up to $100 and even came down to $7 in the last one year period. Think about the Manipulation happening to make this stock so volatile. If we talk about in Indian context, we have the possibility of coming out of the stock if by chance the stock fall by over 5% because for some shares the trading stop at 5%.

Now if someone is not watching their portfolio regularly then it's quite difficult for the people to actually maintain their portfolio because of this type of volatility. I was hoping to start my investment in the US stocks but the problem is with this type of volatility, I am refraining myself to invest.

I know this stock might be a small cap and that's the reason it has been so volatile. And that's true, the large cap is somewhat ok in terms of volatility but again since there is no cap on how much the stock can go down or go up the volatility will stay no matter what. And that's why investing in Crypto especially Bitcoin and Etherum is much better choice then investing in the US stocks. Here you are investing and even though it is volatile,  you doesn't feel much because you know it will go up in the future.

And that's why investing in ETF is much better option atleast for me because then I will not find that much volatility because since ETF is the basket of stocks it can nullify most of volatility.
