## Bug Report for Busy Beta: Issue for Interesting People Feature<br><br>
### Intended Feature
According to recent announcement from @busy.org, there is a clear algorithm for 'Interesting People' feature. It is a list of **the most resteemed authors** by the user.

### Actual Feature
Even though there is only one clear algorithm, I encountered two different lists. Seems two algorithms are conflicting.

I'm sure that #2 is the correct list for the most resteemed authors by myself.

### How to reproduce

When you go to profile page from other page, you can see the #1 list. After refreshing the page, #2 list(with correct algorithm) comes out.
