CCID Research, a Chinese IT media initiative working under China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, unveiled the fourth round of its public blockchain rankings, and once again, EOS tops all other public blockchains by a combined index of basic-tech, applicability, and innovation. 
 
1. Top 5 in general: EOS, Ethereum, Komodo, Nebulas, and NEO; 
 
2. Top 5 by basic-tech: EOS, Steem, ETH, BitShares, and Komodo; 
 
3. Top 5 by applicability: NEM, Decred, Litecoin, Hcash, and Bitcoin Cash; 
 
4. Top 5 by innovation: EOS, Ethereum, Komodo, Nebulas, and Stellar.
