If only the people of this generation will have the next generation in mind then they would be mindful of their present actions. We will burden the next generation if we live selfishly and focus only on our comfort.

I do not think a lot of people really care about how they will be remembered by the next generation because if they do, they will be cautious about some of the atrocities they commit. 

Our actions today have serious implications or consequences on the generation unborn. We would quickly blame God or the devil for being the cause of the world's problem but we are the cause of many problems we are experiencing today.

Why would there not be an abject poverty in many African nations and other continents when a leader become so selfish and wicked to amass wealth that is meant for the nation and lavish it on himself and his family. Cases of embezzlement or misappropriation of public funds and no actions taking against offenders will in no way allow us to desist from the habit of borrowing. 

Why would there not be many diseases killing the masses when we seem not to care anymore about our environment and things we do that poses threat to ourselves and to nature. 

Our churches are filled with people who claimed to be godly yet their actions go contrary to what God says. Hypocrisy wouldn't allow people to see  the reality that our world is no way getting better and therefore the need for reform or change. 

Change wouldn't just pop up, we are the agents of change for God mandated us to be rulers of our world. The change we want to see in our world start from us. 

We can start from now by changing our ways if we really want to put smiles on the faces of the the next generation.  

The destiny of the children born or unborn is in our hands and we must leave good legacies  they would appreciate and praise us for when we are no more. 

Why would our world not be a better place  if the majority reason this way?
