As if the galaxy is our oceans,
and the planets its' islands.
As if each star is a beaming headlight,
in the mist of the unknown.
As if all else may fail,
what we do accomplish begins a new dawn; for you and for I.

And for sure, what you may doubt within me now- I may doubt in you tomorrow.
Yet, if we can find a way to somehow collide the imbalances and misfortunes,
accepting the mistakes and blindness of gullible youth,
we can birth something unlike before.

As we; you and I, we can create a foundation of believing in another,
conquering the beasts beneath our beds, learning to accept there is more to it all than just life and death.
As if the sky is our canvas, and we are the apprentice of art- our mentor, mother nature.
Father time reminding us to count our blessings,
cause, all one day, will come to an end.

So, yes, the galaxy is alike to our vast oceans,
the heavenly bodies are such as our miniscule islands.
As if each star is just another headlight amongst all others stuck in the long line of traffic.
Whatever may fail us now,
Will be forgiven with accomplishments- and that, must take two.
