Instead, it was rather the company's special guest, **Nintendo's** demo-producer **Shigeru Miyamoto**, attracted the greatest interest. He was there to introduce a new mobile game, **Super Mario Run**, and the fact that the game would come to Apple's platform first.

As you know, **Apple** is sitting on a treasure chest enough to fund any high-end game. The company has huge resources to spend in order to enter different markets. Music they have already grabbed, and the movie world is something they're saying that they are looking a little extra at right now. However, to complete their portfolio of entertainment, games are missing. And this is where Nintendo comes into the picture. Apple should buy the Japanese game giant.
#
Creating A New Titan
--- https://steemitimages.com/DQmaGwqXXH4xeMJdGSaZb3Qvxan9vTEzHCydjmz9ZPJioqD/image.png ---
As a company, Apple and Nintendo are very similar to each other. The two do not always focus on the latest technology. Instead, it is proven, fine-tuned technology that does something different, and their goal is to change in each area how we interact and use technology. Apple is working hard to attract players, not least with the new **App Store** where games have their own category, and **Apple TV** to attract indie developers. Nintendo, for its part, wants to get its slice off mobile players and are aiming to release mobile-adapted versions of beloved games on a regular basis.

With Nintendo under its umbrella, **Super Mario** and **The Legend of Zelda** could become mobile-exclusive for IOS and TV OS. Nintendo would lose the eternal stress of trying to attract third party developers to support the consoles to sell and the economy to merge. Also, like **Beats**, Nintendo would continue to manufacture its own hardware where Apple could stand for the software part and integrate the **Nintendo Switch** with its already tight ecosystem.

The only logical step is that **Apple buys Nintendo**. Separated, the two companies work in the same direction in many ways, but together they would be a giant many would throw jealous looks at.

### Sources 1.
