How I Spent $1000 In A Weekend

You have $1,000 to spend on anything you like over one weekend. It's for entertainment purposes though, so you can't give it away, invest it or save it - The money must be spent on your weekend activities. Explain what you do, where you go and who you take with you (if anyone). Talk about the activities, the aftermath, or whatever!

It's a great thing we are here to speak on how we spent $1000 on a weekend. 

There are many people who does not know how to spend their money wisely, but to me I would give my analysis on how I spent $1000 (#560,000, Nigeria Naira):

- On Friday I took my friends to.the beach to enjoy ourselves where I have to pay for gate fee of #15,000 for three of my friends and I making a total of #60,000. I went further to buy some drinks that worth #30,000. I later used #10,000 for our transport home. It was a great outing.

- There is something my family has missed so much which is taking them to the beach. In the beach, I spent #50,000 as the gate fees and bought drinks of #50,000 and food. I went with my four kids.

- On a Sunday, I also missed going to the club. I went to a club with my friends where I bought some drinks that worth #50,000. We all drank and had a competition on a particular drink which was initially costing #24,000. Someone said he would buy it for $50,000 while another person came up to take it for #100,000. I was just observing the fun and show. The last person said he would take it for #200,000. He was about to win where I came up to bid it for #320,000. So, I won.

I used #20,000 to buy more drinks for my friends. 

The remaining #20,000 was used for our transport home.
