Anyone tries on this Japanese technique to deal with laziness?
https://youtu.be/9DbvSl_C_kY

I am drawn closely to Kaizen (Kai:"Good"; Zen:"Change") because I want to make important impact on my life especially dealing with laziness.

Here's good reading resources for you if you don't mind spending more time on them:-
1. A Beginners Guide To Kaizen : The Art Of Improving Continuously (http://frejadaily.com/2014/12/how-to-improve-continously/)
2. Kaizen - Gaining the Full Benefits of Continuous Improvement (https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newSTR_97.htm)

Without any hesitations, I reserve the local library book: "One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way". Once I finish reading this book, I post my review on this book.
