Wolf warning - Double brew lager and Stone - Go to IPA
The other day I bought 2 new beers mostly because of their labels. Check out this dapper wolf gentleman; if that doesn't screem class I don't know what does!

This one is brewed by Sweden's [Kopparberg](http://kopparberg.co.uk/), who are mostly known in the UK for their ciders.
Beside the label it was their blurb that made me want to try it. This one is a light lager and top-fermented ale that are aged together in open vessels for eight weeks to give the beer its bold characteristic flavour, aroma and appearance (that blurb is taken from their website, I don't really agree with their notes)

This beer is flat, I had to try to get it to form a head and it disappeared really quickly.

It has a lovely amber colour but unfortunately this beer is not really to my liking. It smells sweet and malty, the taste has a note of cheap orange jam or candies. Not getting much hops from it and overall it doesn't really feel like a beer. It feels more like a sweet malty drink.
It turned completely flat after a few minutes as well.

The second one though, man, this is what the Devil would drink after a long day of roasting the naughty ones.

It is brewed by a Berlin brewery called [Stonebrewing](http://www.stonebrewing.com) who made a name for themselves with their hop heavy brews. This one is no different.

It pours a lovely bright hazy light amber colour with a thick head that protected the beer from the elements until the end.

You can smell the hops straight away, you get a piney aroma with some tropical notes fighting for your attention as well.

It has a medium body, nicely carbonated without overdoing it and it tastes pretty damn good; nice bitterness to it, tropical flavours, maybe mango like. It feels medium dry and it gives you a long lasting lovely aftertaste.

Overall it is a beautiful session IPA that I could chug down for a full evening, or at least until the 4.8% ABV would bring me down.

Thanks for having a look guys!

Cheers!
