Hey everyone. I have been on Facebook for 9 years odd, not entirely sure as they don't have cool trackers like steemd and similar but it is around there but I digress. Sure Facebook and other social media sites twitter, instagram etc are cool to a degree, but generally it's negative and at times borderline 'offensive' why?? We regularly discuss on this forum 'incentivized social media' and ye sure you get the odd 'fakeo' or opportunist trying to score a quick 2 buck upvote with a 'nice post' comment, but generally what it boils down to is this. Good people exist in all sphere's of life, Great people in all spheres of life, as do the not so good, but what I have learned from my two odd months here is that you are able to control your emotions, you have to, because if not, it can and WILL cost you. These rules fundamentally in their architecture are simple yet complex, yet the lesson to be learned is a basic one. Think before you talk and act and be nice always and if not, it will cost you in ways you cannot and don't want to imagine. The rules learned here you can and must apply to the 'real world' and in doing so become a better, more successful and kind person, I have! Ye granted my 'star is rising' and yes granted, it feels good (as it does and will here with time and great content) but it is a community effort and it can't be done alone. Much like life these same rules apply and this is my point. The parallels drawn between this amazing social media forum and life are more similar and on par than all the rest. Apply what you learn here in the real world and just watch amazing things happen. My two cents. Peace and love always! Cheer$;)
