Yoga allows us to reduce the daily anxieties, stress to which we expose ourselves and allows us to improve health and increase our self-esteem.

The best thing about this application is that it allows us to practice it in the comfort of our house and to place a schedule that is flexible for us; It's like having a personal trainer.
