I've been looking for a new blogging platform for years. I am on the verge of starting a new project, but I'm not too enthusiastic about starting it on Blogger.

It grates on my nerves that Google claims ownership of content that appears on Blogger, so I've considered using WordPress and paying for hosting. But I'm not crazy about learning a new platform, and I don't want to invest in something I'm not a 100% enthusiastic about. I've used WordPress a little, and I liked it *only* a little.

So I was sifting through old Anarchast episodes (more on that in a second), listened to a few, resumed updating on my iTunes feed, and I ran across a new interview of *steemit* co-founder Dan Larimer. https://anarchast.liberty.me/creating-a-new-system-that-makes-the-government-obsolete-with-dan-larimer/ 

Is this the platform I've been looking for? Easy entry. Simple format. New, dynamic. Ownership of content (hope so, but I haven't read White Paper yet). Sounds like it.

Back to Anarchast. I've been listening for a few years - off and on. Jeff Berwick goes off the rails a little with some of the ideas he floats, I'm not going to flee to another country to avoid *my* government, and I don't travel much. But he has some great interviews, appears to do a good job of bringing together people with a passion for freedom, and is just plain entertaining. And I even loved the episode with the guest that *proved* the Earth is flat.
