Hello everyone I hope you are having a great weekend!
Today I made the green smoothie  with the source of vitamin C , everyone here got fever because of the changing of climate , we start getting cold .
I opened my fridge and I saw two kiwi sitting, and I thought to make a green smoothie, that can protect me from the flu and running noise which every time the weather changed I become sick .
For today my recipe so easy and so yummy, to made it you need just 3 elements:
- 2 kiwi
- brown sugar 
- half cup of water
- if you want to put orange you can put it , me I prefer to make a pure kiwi smoothie.

- mix all the ingredients in high blender and add the sugar as you like, or not if the kiwi sweets not need to add sugar.
