Let’s get started! * ? – Ponto de interrogação – Question mark * . – Ponto final – Period * , - Vírgula – Comma * ! – Ponto de exclamação – Exclamation mark * () – Parêntesis – Parenthesis * * - Asterisco – Asterisk * # - Cardinal – Number sign * [] – Parêntesis recto – Bracket * {} – Chavetas – Braces * ~ - Til * ` - Acento agudo * ´ - Acento grave * @ - Arroba – at sign * % - Por cento – Per cent * ^ - Acento circunflexo * - Hífen/Traço – Hyphen * + - Sinal de mais – Plus sign * - - Sinal de menos – Minus sign * - Maior do que – Greater than * / - Barra - Slash * ‘ – Apóstrofo - Apostrophe * ; - Ponto e vírgula – Semicolon * : - Dois pontos – Colon In portuguese we usually use “´” , “`”, “~” and “^”. Let’s chesk some words with the portuguese symbols: * Água – Water * Ele vê – He sees. * Cão – Dog *Àquele – The one who We have come to the end of another Portuguese Class.
