So, I'm considering trying out this supplement and I was wondering if any of you have tried it already. Let me know in the comments below... There have been a lot of many positive comments regarding this amino acid which is found in green tea, along side with ECGC and other catechins. I've been using a green tea extract with a lot of positive perceived effects so I thought this may be a good addition to the stack. So, the purported benefits are: - better mood - induces calmness - better sleep - better concentration - etc. And some potential side effects, though rare: lack of appetite, dizziness, brain fog, and some others - though these seem to happen in rare cases and with very high doses. Again, what are your thoughts on this?
