When we have job responsibilities that involve managing personnel, explaining the reasons for low production is not an easy thing to do.
<p></p>
Some time ago I was working as a production supervisor in a perishable food company, I remember one time two people from the third shift did not show up and production decreased.
<p></p>
Presenting production decrease data to your superiors explaining the reasons that involve people who can be fired for that kind of absences is something I did not adapt to and I ended up resigning from that position.
