Initially when the stats came out and were made available to the pubic an immediate standard was set in maximizing strategy among a limited amount of cards at any one given team for your team to promote matches more closely as the game testers and head game designer @yabapmatt did a remarkable job finding ideal values to make decisions of grouping teams even tougher that we could've imagined. That in itself made this game simple but amazingly complex as my friend and valued colleague @davemccoy called it "A four dimensional chess match." It has been said in the old expression "there are a million ways to skin a cat" (as if anyone would ever want to) there are also a million ways to set a @steemmonsters battle lineup in the current 20 manna total system. But now with the addition of a Neutral splinter that can play with all other splinters (not belonging to a particular splinter unlike all other cards except Selenia Sky) , and with two manna epic summoners on top of that added to each splinter, there are even more strategic positions to consider. Previously the only card that could be moved across the splinters was Selenia Sky and being a summoner it is no accident that is has also carried the consistent highest value among the regular cards since they had been issued in booster packs initially. There is also a trade off to consider in now using these neutrals, as you may wish to bolster a certain ability in your lineup to defense against ranged attackers, by perhaps adding an additional sniper to your lineup that is a 3 manna (Centaur), or adding a sneak that is very quick and also three in manna (Elven Cutthroat), or a 5 manna tank that just simply takes a beating and does virtually nothing else (Peaceful Giant), or a beast of a monster with the new Neutral Legendary card of Hydra at 7 manna. So these among the rest of all the manna splinter can be added to any splinter's lineup, so their flexibility and novelty are valued at a premium at a moment so it is wise to place these in the lineups of your choice based on strategy and do your analysis when the battles begin. That is also wise to start prepping your 20 manna lineups based on the cards you already own or are looking to acquire via booster packs, KickStarter/Fundition campaigns, or via the open market place. **I would appreciate any questions people may have on these cards and any discussion to be raised it has been a really exciting development in the game as I appreciate all comments that are not of the spam type. Thanks for reading, please feel free to participate in the blog section or message me anytime for questions or comments!** Picture from steemmonsters.com website--market can be found there, a decentralized market can also be found at https://monsters.steempeak.com/market (which is the one I use the most often due to additional flexibility/convenience in their ongoing developments and ease of use and additional information).
