<html> <p>Hello, fellow steemians,</p> <p><br></p> <p>I want you to stop for a minute and read this, as this is a subject to all of us. especially we, that are living in this crypto-world. </p> <p>This community has approximately 65 million visitors per month, this means if we all stick together we can actually change something. </p> <p>I mean, if we could get 10% of our entire community sign against it, that would make 6.5 million signatures (at the time of this post we're barely at 900k)</p> <p><br></p> <p>In particular, the European government wants to pass a bill that allows an algorithm to check our uploads. I personally think that letting this happen is the first step of taking away the freedom of speech. Something our ancestors have fought for. I find it ironic that wars are made because people in countries that are led by dictators need "freedom" but we in a "democracy" have to fight it in another way.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>So how can you help?<br> <br> </strong>Thanks to that most of us live in a democracy, we have the right to vote against it and if we're enough people - we will be heard!
