There are multiple stories out right now of Coinbase users getting double charged, triple charged on Coinbase transactions.  This guy was charged 17X $1000.  Not a pretty sight:

Official word from Coinbase states:

I do occasionally trade on GDAX/Coinbase and I also was hit with a double charge.  Luckily I got my money back within a few days but it appears the problems are not getting resolved. 

If you have ever used Coinbase, double check your accounts to make sure there are no "extra" charges.
