## INTRODUCTION

  ... and yet, sometimes we don't see SH*T coming. 

Waking up next to the person you truly love seems like a great way to start a day. Isn't it? At this very moment, we don't know yet how our day will look like. 

However learning moments later that good friend in Asia, who mean a lot to you has been exposed on a daily basis to someone infected with coronavirus is a hammer. 

The first one today. Not last.

## UNEXPECTED REQUEST

Minutes later I opened the telegram and I've read a message from @reinaldoverdu

> Hi Piotr:
> This time I need your help, I am in serious trouble, for a few days I am in poor health, I spit blood and my gums bleed, I do not know why it is and I do not have the resources to go to a doctor;

His words truly saddened me even more. Second hammer this morning.

I do receive a request for financial support every few weeks. Usually, from people I never knew before, so it's easy to ignore those requests and move on with my life.

However, @reinaldoverdu is someone I know for over a year. I've learned to trust and value him. He also recently joined @project.hope community and is very active within our team - engaging with others and being very supportive.

What got my attention is his unusual request. He doesn't ask about money or steem. 
`All he asks is to give his 2-3 latest comment strong upvote. `

Fulfilling this request with my own upvote (total of 300k SP only) surely wouldn't be a game-changer.
