**We all had a Nokia and have since moved on thanks to technology and development.**


This may be stating the obvious, but the development that happens on Hive (tribes) is the key to attracting new users. New accounts are the life blood that is going to grow Hive into something so much more than what we have today. We are still the Nokia model and need to become the Samsung or iPhone as we moved on from the old site which could be compared to a walkman or boombox. 

We are only 18 months into the development phase and have made our home here and now need to add all the luxuries to attract everyone else. I remember when we moved in they said it would be a shell and it is quite incredible what has already been added since those first few days.

The tribes play the key role along with the developers working on Hive as we need to be better and always looking to add something new. As a blockchain we need to be ahead of others which I think we are in so many ways as there is so much here already but it is still not enough. There has to be no complacency as we want everyone online to be on Hive in the future ad we have the foundations laid for that to happen.

Splinterlands is a prime example as when something happens it happens fast and what that team has achieved in the last few years is remarkable. Continuous development adding new features and ideas is the key as one cannot stand still once you start a project.

Leofinance has shown the way on how to build momentum through just by what they have done and by keeping an eye on where the market is going by getting the community into DeFi as quickly as they did.

The funny thing is Hive has been around for a while if you count the old chain but we can't really as the offerings that have been developed since March 2020 have changed this place so much. We are all still that early and we always hear about people saying you have to get involved into something when it is new and Hive is still new.

The wealth is being made now by everyone here just by being active and staking daily. Staking is that important as things could change in a heartbeat like we saw with Splinterlands as suddenly you have an influx of new users making it harder to earn. The reward pool doesn't get bigger it just gets shared more so this is where the tribes will come into their own as those tokens should take off in value and why you can't think of Hive only. Anything is possible as Leo or CUB could be $10 easily if the team gets things right with Kingdoms which they look like they are doing. Wealth is being generated and the FOMO of not having enough CUB is real.  

The great thing about Hive/Tribes is the stake holds so much power as the more you have the more you earn from curation and interest. I always think that if you have 100 000 Hive you are well set and why this is my initial target. Hive at $5 would mean you would have to invest $500 000 to get to the same stake value which is kind of insane and definitely something to look forward to.
