Steemit needs to allow NSFW content or why Reddit is dead
Reddit has been going down hill for years now. With every sub ban, more and more users are looking for a new home. I followed it all, from the 'Chairman Pao' revolt to more recent changing of the algorithm to make sure political content the CEO disagrees with gets buried. Subs like r/fatpeoplehate are deplorable but banning them is counter productive. Reddit bans these things because they are a business and want to protect their business. They want ad revenue. Fair enough.

Steemit is not a business and should allow content so long as it doesn't break the law. Communities thrive when you allow all ideas, content and opinions even if its the dumbest shit we ever heard.
