Hi! This guide will show you how to buy STEEM with AUD and how to cash out your SBD or STEEM back into AUD!

# Buy STEEM With AUD 
1) Make an account on [CoinSpot](https://www.coinspot.com.au?affiliate=6YQJQ) 
2) Verify your account (could take 1-3 business days), will require driver's license and a pic of yourself holding a sign! 
(Account --> Verification)

3) Wait 1-3 business days for a phone a quick phone call (less than a minute), then you'll be approved! 
4) Simply press on buy/sell, find Steem and press buy Steem! 
5) Next, you gotta send your Steem to your Steemit account which is super simple

6) The address is simply your username and memo is what appears in the memo! 
7) Note: the max amount you can send is your total amount -0.01 Steem for the transaction fee
8) You will receive an email, click the link in the email to finalise your transaction!

# How to withdraw Steem into AUD
1) This is a little more complicated as coinspot only accepts deposits of LTC, BTC and DOGE. First if you have SBD, convert it into Steem on the [Market](https://steemit.com/market)
2) Send your Steem to [Binance](https://www.binance.com/?ref=10760127)
3) You need the correct deposit address AND memo, so make sure you get both right!!

4) For small amounts, sell into BTC then sell into LTC and send your LTC onto coinspot ($10,000+)
5) For large amounts, sell into BTC and send BTC straight onto coinspot (under $10,000)
6) Sell your LTC or BTC on the market on coinspot for lower fees
7) If you're in a hurry, fill the buy orders or just sell to coinspot, depending on which one is more worth it for you
8) Then you can withdraw it into your Australian bank account with your Account Number and BSB, be wary of your ATO obligations, these withdrawals may take up 1-2 business days to process then however long your bank may take, usually 1-3 business days in total.
