Recently, there were rumors flying around of a potential partnership between Ripple and SWIFT. SWIFT recently put an end to their blockchain initiative saying that the use case for transactions is a failed one! LOL.. That’s ridiculous.. open your eyes and look at what Ripple is doing!.. Duh
Around the same time, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse tweeted saying that they will only announce partnerships once something absolutely significant is achieved.

That sent rumour circles gossiping and speculating on the possibility that SWIFT and Ripple might be talking about a partnership. Obviously both stand to benefit immensely from this partnership. Ripple will benefit from the 11,000 strong bank network that SWIFT boasts of. SWIFT's strong suite is banking relationships and they will stand to benefit from this technological revolution that Ripple is bringing to the cross border payments space
However, I believe that this is mere speculation and there is not even a whiff of truth to it. Its a complete joke since it will be like the hunter partnering with the hunted. Its like a tiger partnering with its prey, which is near impossible.

Ripple is set for great things even without partnering with SWIFT. IMHO, they don’t need to partner with SWIFT, because they are the next SWIFT. Ripple is poised for exponential price growth in the next 3-5 years. HODL on!
