The psychopath's running PayPal thought it was a good idea to float out a terms of service change giving them arbitrary and absolute power to steal money from your account (and possibly linked accounts?) if you said something they didn't like. A $2500 fine for having your own opinion. 

They then reversed this policy when it became widely known after the public outrage but let's be clear; this is what they wanted impose on you. 

This is so disturbing because aren't they supposed to be running a payment company? Now they are going to be monitoring you and fining you if they feel like it with no recourse if you don't like their agenda?

I had a PayPal account for many years and no more. I will NEVER use their company again. These people want full control over you, they want you silenced, they want you without any rights and they want you to be their slave. End PayPal and drive them into bankruptcy where they belong.
