I am relieved gain after my dialysis and I was able to finish it as well without crashing my blood pressure although it went low to 100 at the second and third hour but after I had finished it had gone up again to 140 which I actually do not like as I want my BP to be around lower than that.

I was also able to make my nurses to lower my dry weight but after my dialysis it seems like they didn't do anything as reflected on my post-dialysis weight. This means that I will get filled with fluids faster again. It really is not good and it is just depressing but I will keep on pressing on this rough journey and keep on praying for my nurses to gain more wisdom in that profession that they are practicing for the benefit of their future patients.

But their future patients are in the west and in the middle east and we locals are just their stepping stone for their careers. So when they get so good or trained with their nursing skills other people will benefit and the cycle once again begins when new nurses goes in and the old nurses work abroad.", that is what we call a "Brain Drain."

Well I cannot do anything about the brain drain because these nurses really are overworked and underpaid that is why they would like to work abroad but still the west gets the best and brightest nurses and we are left here with the ones that practices to me and  my fellow patients.

But what is important for me is my own well-being that is why I am keeping on looking for ways to alleviate my suffering so that I can feel at least near normal again. But thanks be to God to this day anyway.
