<html> <p> <img src="https://image.ibb.co/jO1Zex/oie_9162808_CLr_FQEI.png" width="150" height="60"/> <strong> <br> <br> If something seems to good to be true, it usually is... </strong> </p> <p>Or so the old verbiage goes at least, if I'm not completely mistaken...<br> Especially involving money...<br> But then again, there's always that one exception to prove the rule, ready to rear its head at any time.</p> <p>There will always be a black swan in the flock, whether you have witnessed it yourself or not.<br> And so far that's pretty much been the case, in my general experience - and this "exception to the rule" principle, hopefully got re-affirmed few years ago...
