Hello Steemit! A Crypto's Introduction

Hello folks, Sergio Garcia here! As it seem like many people are doing a first introduction post when opening an account at Steemit, I'll follow the tradition.

I'm a Spanish guy living in north Europe, but I've been traveling for some years in Asia and other countries of east and south Europe. I've been attracted to the blockchain technology four years ago, when a friend that worked as trader told me about the great potential of Bitcoin. I bought a small amount of BTC and made a bit of money from it... though, my curiosity increased and I started to analyse new blockchain projects and invest into them as a full time profession some months ago.

Now I maintain a spreadsheet with my ratings of the incoming ICO's that I use as an investment tool. I'm also the only french speaking ICO specialized guy on YouTube (as far as I know), still with a small amount of followers, but growing at an awesome rate while accumulating a great amount of positive messages (public and privates), which is a great source of motivation to keep my work available to others for free.

It's interesting how past and present experiences connect some times... before dedicating my time to the initial coin offerings, I founded a project called Cazahoax. A Spanish web platform dedicated to debunk false information that get viral on internet. Many of those articles treat obvious hoax, that were created as parody, but others were well tailored false informations that got viral! I've even found a false information on a well known politics encyclopedia!

This experience as hoax debunker is being a precious asset to identify ICO scams and fake linkedin profiles, something quite common on the crypto scene... Here is a photo of me, making a photo of Alex Jones, a famous conspiration theorist during a Bilderberg meeting in 2012 . It was a funny travel I can say :)
My other passion is Capoeira, a martial art that I practice for more than 15 years now, and I'm proud of expending some hours every week to make Capoeira classes for kids free of charges. Capoeira is a martial art but also a philosophy of life... is like a bug that once it bite you, doesn't allow you to stop training.
I’m particularly attracted by the music part of Capoeira. The main instrument, and symbol of this Brazilian martial art, is called Berimbau and looks like this:

I learned to build the Berimbau from prime materials and also grow the calabaças, the caxixis, find the best woods, and build all my self.

I want to use Steemit as a publishing medium for ICO related content, mostly giving clues about very early stage ICO projects, that could end up having a good investment potential. You can follow me if the subject seem interesting to you.

Life is great if we make it great :D

See you all soon at Steemit,
Sergio
