# Day 14 and Day 15 of 80 Day Obsession Workout Program

Well, Day 14 and 15 in the books. Day 13 was my rest day. Another hard one, but I kinda like the hard work. Yesterday was cardio day and today was Day 15 which was Total Body Core. Cardio Flow was tough and cruel. However I did it and made it through cardio day. If you have been following my journey you see I upped my weights on everything except tricep kickbacks and weighted crunches, so my strength is improving. It may only be a couple of pounds, but at least I’m improving! It was very challenging, especially the three rounds! Not only weights today, but bands too! I'm slowly learning to love the bands... slowly. I do feel like I’m getting use to the bands.

# My Favorite Moves

I would say my favorite moves for Day 15 would be the bicep curls and squat rotating shoulder press. Not sure why, but bicep curls is one move I can always do easily. So doing that move always makes me feel so strong, it's hard to explain, but always gives me joy when I finish it. I think the reason I like squat rotating shoulder press is because, as I have said before, I enjoy my squats. The reason I like doing squats is because it was one of the first weight moves I learned to do and I enjoy lifting weights because I feel I do that so much better than cardio. It's one of my favorite things to do as a workout and makes me feel so strong. Cardio is a big weakness of mine.

# My Least Favorite Moves

My least favorite moves to do were the tricep kickbacks and lateral bear crawls. I have always struggled with tricep kickbacks and they kill me every time. My triceps have always been a weak point, so as much as I struggle with the triceps moves I know the hard work will be worth it. So, I pushed through and got them done. Lateral bear crawls I also have a strong dislike for; my core has always been very weak, so it’s something I have to keep working on. These bear crawls always get me out of breath. I have give myself 15 seconds or more to stop, then I would continue with the move. Had to stop a few times but I finished the move. Even though it felt like torture, I kept pushing through.

### So Which Bands Did I Use Today?

As you can see in the picture above, I used the medium band and heavy band. I was feeling strong today, so I used the medium and heavy band. It was definitely more challenging, but I'm determined on getting stronger with the bands. I used the medium bands for the following moves: lateral bear crawl, one hand renegade row, and single arm loop extension. I used the heavy band for the following moves: spider loops, lat pull, push up with leg lift, side v loop kicks, and side plank knee pulls. Other moves involved weights as you can see in the tracking sheet.

Definitely felt it with those single arm loop extensions and one hand renegade rows; the bands does make it feel so challenging. The single arm loop extension, really felt it in the triceps. I did try to use the heavy band but couldn't do that yet so I used the medium band. The lat pull I upped my band to heavy band. It was a struggle but I pushed through. It made feel so strong that I could do that move with the heavy band now. I really do feel improvement with the bands, finally. Last time on lat pulls it was the light band, so I’m quite pleased with that. Tomorrow will be interesting, I may be sore tomorrow, but that is part of the fun!

#### Does it involve bands?
#### Does it involve weights or a mixture of both?
