# Crypto Games

*Hey there!*

*As some of you may already know I am a game addict, or just a gamer who reached the conclusion I could make some money out of it.*

*Since I've joined Steem and met some amazing people on this journey, many of them asked me about which steem games I play, which Crypto Games...*

*I've been referring some friends to the games I play but today I'll show you all the crypto games I'm into.* 🎮 💰

*The games that will be mentioned are: **Splinterlands** (obviously), **Holybread**, **SteemCity**, **Hashkings**, **Flowerpatch**, **Chibi Fighters**, **Tides of Magic**, **0xUniverse**, **Plasma Bears**, **CryptoKitties**, **Axie Infinity** and **Gods Unchained**.*

## Steem Games

*At the moment I'm super addicted to Steem games, although I have only been part of the community since January.*

*Considering that, I will introduce steem games first and then some other non-steem crypto games that I also play.*

*Splinterlands got my attention the moment I joined Steem. Being a gamer and loving Magic the Gathering, Hearthstone, WoW and so on, it was love at first sight.* 💚

*It's a great game, based on cards and you can only choose them before the battle, not play them while battling, unlike Hearthstone for example.*

*It is a  game with beautiful artwork, an incredible friendly community and it is juat super addictive.*

*There are daily giveaways all over Steemit so it's easy to improve your deck, since you can play with all regulars from the last deck (Untamed).*

*Splinterlands it's obviously the game I play the most at this point. I just love it. And I have also hooked my partner into it right away (usually he says he doesn't like video games, apart from PES).*

*Steemcity is a great game card as well. You have basically to manage a city, services, workers, crime rate, popularity through cards.* 

*Steemcity cards may be bought through the game directly, 4 steem for a random card, or bought in market where you can choose what you will get.*

*Depending on how big your city is your will receive SIM as income. *

*It is an amazing game as well and not very time consuming, I usually check it once a day!*

*Holybread was the game I discovered for last.*

*It is great and free to play!*

*Super simple game, you just need to check in every 15 min, do a quest, do an arena and that is it!*

*Rewards come in breadcrumbs which you can trade by steem, gold which is used for buy items and finally Bread, the rarest currency, which I personally use to recruit new heroes.*

*All the equipment and heroes are tokens you can also sell/buy in market.*

*I just love HashKings! 💚 It is a pretty new project run by @qwoyn . It is under development but already playable with many new perks.*

*The basics are obvious, plants seeds, grow plants and harvest them. *

*This a game that is not time consuming at all, basically you need to water your plants once a day and watch them grow before harvest.*

*Chibis are fun! Chibi Fighters can also be considered a card game. You collect cards that can be a chibi (the fighters), a piece of armour or weapon or a spell.*

*Then you can fight with your chibis in adventures, raids, etc.*

## Other Crypto Games

*For some time now I have been playing some crypto games, mainly with ethereum. 
Unfortunately last year I lost access to my metamask account, by losing the seed phrase and lost most of my assets on the accounts.* :cry: 

*Nonetheless, I have created a new metamask wallet and started to play again some of them.*

*It is super nice that there are always rewards around the map, which include Flowers, 3rd party NTFs and also the discord community is great. They usually do contests and giveaways of plants!*

*I was introduced to Tides of Magic very recently. It is also a trade card game where your deck is built with axie cards, splinterlands cards, etheremon cards, etc.*

*I have to be honest and tell you that I haven't really played it so far because they are still in a super private beta. But they are planning on opening beta very very soon and I'm super excited for an opportunity to test it.*

*0xUniverse was one of the first crypto games I started playing. 
The basics of the game is build spacecrafts and launch them in order to discover new planets.*

*The planets you find give you specific resources and population that you need for each spacecraft launch.*

*The planets you found can be sold in market!*

*Since I have lost my old metamask acc, where I had loads of nice planets, I kind of feel sad to look to my acc right now with no epic planets and nothing really worthless. But I still consider it an awesome game, not very time consuming.*

*I recently found Plasma Bears tbh. It's a free to play game, where you can go into adventures to find bear parts and build more bears.*

*Everyday you get a free gift, with a bear part.*

*All the bears and parts are obviously sold on market!*

*I'm still waiting to build one nice bear to start my adventure! *

*It is no secret that I love cats. So I started playing CryptoKitties last year.* 

*Basics of the game are breeding cats, trying to get rare, epic kittens. They have amazing ingame guides to help newcomers.*

*The game is nice, but since I've lost my old metamask I haven't gone back.*

*The popular game Axie Infinity. It was nice, for me, when I had my lost wallet.*

*The game basically consists in having a piece of land where you will have your collected Axies, raising them and battle with them.*

*Loads of people still play it, I haven't come back since the loss of my account.*

*Gods Unchained, what can I say?*

*While my brother, who lives in America, last visited me, he saw me playing splinterlands and got interested as well. Meanwhile he remembered he had an inactive gods unchained account with some good cards on it.*

*So now I have this account and I plan on starting to play it more often.*

*For what I saw so far the game consists on collecting cards, building decks and battle other users. Similar to hearthstone and splinterlands in some ways.*

*Since I am such a noob with it, all tips and advices are more than welcome!*
