 Having a successful work-life needs to have meaning and purpose behind it. It is about coming in each day and going into battle, knowing that you’re on the side of the right person. It’s about developing relationships with your colleagues because you all have to admit that you share the entrepreneurial need for independence, opportunity, reward, and accomplishment. Everybody wants to find their own purpose and meaning in life. Along with this voyage, you get to explore many things like whether you are satisfied with your career, what is your passion lies, and how much time you are resulting in your personal life. All work does not have money as the intention but to lead you toward a better sense of satisfaction and meaning. Mapping out our committed parts of life is more important than optimizing the perfect schedule. Work-Life is about finding purpose, meaning, and a system that unites the two – no longer seeing them as separate entities. Everyone has an ultimate source of expression. It is not just with art supplies, but with life in general. We can write anything and reflect on our past and future through it. It’s definitely important to make sure that we are having fun when we are making art. This way our work becomes creativity itself after all the fun we have added into the mix! So don’t let yourself be boxed into a corner by other artists telling you that your art isn’t good enough for them or their commentary - because it's not a competition! Passion is what makes us alive. No matter who, where, or how you are living, passion will make everything else go smoothly. Be comfortable in every walk of your life and enjoy every moment during your journey after all this is just one life. They say that your work is what you love, and what you love is your work. I believe this to be an accurate statement because it takes motivation, drive, ambition, and determination to succeed and when you are doing something with meaning or looking at it as a meaningful path in life, there will always be the energy to continue. This can be done by making sure that your workplace is understanding of mistakes made (or differences in personalities) which breeds forgiveness for all involved. Getting out and meeting people is really helpful for improving relationships with co-workers and bosses as well. Finding a peaceful balance in your professional and personal life is not always as easy as it sounds. We all want to sharpen the positive aspects of our individuality, while we also want to start being comfortable with societal norms. That wasn't always an easy struggle for me.
