Second type is 51% Attack when a well-funded entity acquires 51% of token causing changes to voting rights on application parameter which can be solved by forking the smart contract, finding out the malicious curator and airdrop new tokens to all other minority curator
Sybil type attacks where applicants can bring fake voters during the curation. Stringent KYC and the algorithm of machine selecting the anonymous and random voters during TCR minimizes the occurrence of this attack.*
