I didn't even intend on making this song today, but I was altering and chopping up a beatbox recording when this melody hit me. I recorded the vocals alone with the beatbox. Then I cut some kick to match the pattern on the beatbox, and some snare to beef up the sound. Also put some bass and some wah rhodes on the track. I decided to make a solo section for synth, and added some horn samples (ugh, nothing like real horns: hope they're not too cheesy!) The tuning was weird because I just matched whatever I already sang in with the beatbox. *(ended up being A = 434 hz.)* Definitely a demo because it's got some janky moments, but I still think it's worthy enough to share with you all and get your feedback!
