 The withdrawal from&nbsp;matt_shaeffer2@aol.com succeeded, The deposit to&nbsp;42overez@gmail.com failed to credit. <br>
 I will ask an engineer take a look at why the deposit to 42overez@gmail.com did not credit. <br>

<p>Jun 21 (1 day ago)to Poloniex Why &nbsp;am I not getting service still after you have all info to correct &nbsp;Poloniex mistake on wallets and blockchain ~ I sent from correct wallet &nbsp;to correct wallet ~ re looked at support ticket and it was filled out &nbsp;correctly from the start even though you were confused and got it &nbsp;backwards it is actually both though categories in sense , This is a &nbsp;withdrawal and deposit issue ~ Withdrawal said complete but never went &nbsp;through which is shown in email that never showed up in deposit history &nbsp;and you asked for the wallet Id's even though my emails are linked to my &nbsp;accounts and you never verified from that info which would of taken &nbsp;seconds ~ Mods use to check it in trollbox if asked ~ so I emailed the &nbsp;wallet Id's and you replied ty, and you have all info now to correct the &nbsp;issue (which is way beyond in a timely manner , which is costing me &nbsp;money and I am not being properly serviced and Poloniex's negligence is &nbsp;making me&nbsp; suffer financially created stress and high states of anxiety &nbsp;from Poloniex lack of running a service / company/platform is now &nbsp;holding my money / FCT / Currency which is my money being held which &nbsp;Poloniex clearly states that they never hold ones money is costing me &nbsp;money while they poloniex is even more crippling me by trading fees &nbsp;which I got charged for my missing money / currency that Poloniex is now &nbsp;making money on through there programs ~ I need to know why my currency &nbsp;is not released and since there is a breach in poloniex's own terms and &nbsp;condition / there own rules ~ which has and his hurting me literally &nbsp;and fees taken from me with the service the fees are taken for are not &nbsp;provided ~ I am now requesting that every day Poloniex is holding my &nbsp;money making money and crippling me and hurting me that every fee in &nbsp;that time frame is reversed and credited to they propper wallets and &nbsp;email me a print out inventory list so I can verify with my Lawyer that &nbsp;Poloniex actually sent my currency and is not holding/stealing or &nbsp;borrowing which is called lending which also makes 25% or less and even &nbsp;more per day that is lent. I also would like email address to the main &nbsp;person in charge of Poloniex ~ 23 days now and you have all info and &nbsp;documentations and acknowledged that is all info needed showing that my &nbsp;money never made it and easily fixed ~ I am lost for words , I need my &nbsp;Fct and fees for last 23 days credited back to me.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Look &nbsp;at all my trading fees in trading ~ I want every day that you guys held &nbsp;my FCT Those fees for the days My Fct held from me credited back ~ 21 &nbsp;days of fees so far need to be returned to me as well ~ I will forward &nbsp;this to my lawyer actually ~ But I know the laws also ~ I am within my &nbsp;rights as member/user of poloniex not entitled service fees if the &nbsp;service is not there and costing me money which it is now like my &nbsp;previous emails stated which nothing has been done even after your email &nbsp;saying you have all info you need to correct your guys issue ~ so from &nbsp;that day 22 days its past midnight every fee from every trade needs to &nbsp;be credited back to me as well ~ If you can send the main person in &nbsp;Poloniex ~ Owner / ceo etc . Would be appreciated ~ I am entitled to &nbsp;that info to contact them and I am owed those FCT and fees for everyday &nbsp;this issue has been re credited.<br>
