#### Expected behavior
it should be when we enable the feature "black status bar", then the color bar will be displayed in black color.

#### Actual behavior
after activating the "black status bar", the bar is still orange. feature "black status bar" does not work at all.
#### How to reproduce
* Open lightning and click settings, after that click display setting.

* Browser: lightning web browser v4.5.1
* Operating system: android 5.1
