# Ripple (XRP) is almost the second cryptocoin available!

Ripple has risen from $0.007 in 2016 to now $0.59 in 2018! Thats a massive increase!

Ripple is also the first coin/ledger to be used by banks and companies! Santander habe already confirmes they will be using it, and the bank of england released a Proof of Concept to use ripple, if it gets adopted by more banks or it becomes the 2nd biggest coin, the price will skyrocket!
