Ayer hice esta ilustración de mi Oc con un ligero cambio de look. Probé nuevos ángulos y una pose dinámica. Aparte, hace mucho no le hacía fondos a mis dibujos.

Para empezar puse mi primera idea de cómo quería que fuera la pose y el personaje. Pensé en lo que más me gustaba de los parques infantiles cuando era niña: Los columpios.

Una vez que limpié el boceto, comencé a hacer el Lineart. Usualmente no lo hago, me he acostumbrado a hacer el boceto y directamente de ello hago el coloreo en una sola capa.

Antes de empezar con el coloreo como tal, primero hice el fondo. Para esto usé el primer color base que se me viniera a la mente. En este caso, usé un rosa combinado con algunos tonos azules parecidos a la paleta de colores que produce el ocaso.

Para los árboles, utilicé las herramientas de textura que me ofrecía el programa, tanteando un poco en cómo se verían, muy pocas veces las utilizo, por lo que no le saco todo el provecho que me pueden ofrecer. Dan un lindo detalle y son ideales para facilitar el trabajo, especialmente para los fondos.

For the trees, I used the texture tools offered by the program, trying a little on how they would look, I rarely use them, so I don't take full advantage of what they can offer me. They give a nice detail and are ideal to facilitate the work, especially for the backgrounds.

Luego apliqué el color base que utilicé para el fondo al personaje, una vez seleccionada toda el área que se va a colorear bloqueé la capa para empezar.

Culminadas las bases de la piel, ropa y cabello, es momento de colocarle el brillo que transmite el sol.

I used warm colors like oranges and reddish in the parts exposed to the sun and for the shadows I used cold colors, like purples and blues without much saturation.

Considero que mi estilo se basa en el coloreado, es raro para mí trabajar con un lineart grueso y color negro. Así que, para pulir los colores bajé la opacidad de éste mejorando las sombras y los brillos.

I consider that my style is based on coloring, it is rare for me to work with a thick lineart and black color. So, to polish the colors I lowered the opacity of it improving the shadows and highlights.

Terminé de colorear el cabello y le agregué las cadenas al columpio, sin contar que también detallé mejor la cara, coloqué formas al fondo, incluí más detalle a los árboles y coloreé los cordones de los zapatos.

I finished coloring the hair and added the chains to the swing, not to mention better detailing the face, adding shapes to the background, including more detail to the trees and coloring the shoelaces.
