I am going to begin posting excerpts from my forthcoming book and multi-media on creativity. I am now editing the first 215 pages. The first chapter deals with states of being conducive to creativity - inspiration, values, imagination, curiosity and emotions. The first two paragraphs are a general intro and previous to that the beginning introduction will include elements of my unusual background - a career punctuated by a number of disasters. I began researching creativity to consider how to re-create my life and then the biggest disaster of all struck. My home burned down, but I had my flash drives so much of the writing was recovered. I did lose 4 computers and most of my portfolio and rare videos. 

However, I consider myself a very fortunate disaster victim and as I re-build my life in Southwest Florida now I am determined to rise like the phoenix from the ashes and also help others to consider all the benefits of deeply exploring creativity.  

CHAPTER 1
EXPLORE, ENHANCE & EXPRESS

Create Naturally will encourage you to explore, enhance and express creativity in more conscious and proactive ways. This is a journey into creativity to improve thinking skills, knowledge and confidence. Creativity is a natural ability that can be enhanced to benefit many endeavors. There is much to explore to boost personal growth and creative abilities and Create Naturally (CN) is purposely designed to be general and progressive - yet elicit very personal expressions, insights and solutions to improve life, career and business.

CN is for inventors, entrepreneurs, artists, business people, scientists, homemakers and almost anyone with goals, challenges and desires. Anyone can improve personal life and the world around them by becoming more creative. The CN journey encourages creative thoughts and actions to realize hopes and dreams, overcome challenges and innovate. Whatever career or roles you have adopted embracing a dynamic creative lifestyle will be beneficial.
I believe exploring creativity is one of the most important pursuits you can undertake. The benefits can continue for the rest of your life.
