0.000 HBDFunding Needed: Please Help Replace Tools Stolen From Backyard Shed
Hey friends. Our shed was broken into, and the thieves took $600 worth of tools. https://gogetfunding.com/replace-stolen-tools-from-backyard-shed/ As you know, we moved from Oregon to beautiful New Orleans, Louisiana. When we drove across the country just under two years ago, we only had the belongings we could fit in our car and small trailer. We purchased our home in the Lower Ninth Ward and, as homeowners, we've taken it upon ourselves to undertake numerous home improvement, construction, and gardening projects. We started with an empty shed and, over the past eighteen months, had filled it with a nice collection of tools. We were able to identify exactly what was stolen and filed a report with the New Orleans Police Department. There is little to no hope of getting these items returned. Our homeowners insurance does not cover this theft, because it was under $1000. We will need to replace almost all of these items immediately, as we use these tools on a regular basis. Unfortunately, we have a lot of other expenses at the moment. Our wedding is in August. I have medical expenses to cover Lyme Disease treatment. We're (hoping) to take our honeymoon in October. We're also (hoping) to start our family in October, which means we're (hoping) to welcome our first child next summer, so we have a lot of expenses associated with homebirth and getting ready for baby's arrival. If we could raise the funds to cover the cost of our stolen tools, it would really help ease our troubles, and get us back on track for our future. Lawn Mower Ridgid Power Screwdriver with Battery Ridgid Power Impact Driver with Battery Ryobi 7" Miter Saw Drillmaster Heat Gun Angle Grinder Sheet Sander DeWalt Drill Bits (28 Piece) Vise Grips Stanley Hacksaw 12" HDX Saw Husky Hatchet Klein Hammer Arrow Staple Gun Utility Scissors Pruning Shears x2 Needle Nose Pliers x2 Box Cutter Johnson Level 48" 1 Gallon Gas Can We love our home and will not let this experience dampen our love for New Orleans or the Lower Ninth Ward. Therefore, if we could also raise additional funds to cover the cost of increased security for our shed and backyard, it would really help ease our minds. Any extra funds would go directly towards medical expenses and homebirth expenses. Thank you for your consideration.
