The population is measured by the availability of resources in a particular geographical area. In Nigeria, there are so many villages with scanty or disperse huts but complain that they are overpopulated due to the agricultural land available for cultivation, many have to travel some distance to grow crops and livestock so as have enough land for everyone in the community as they live together.

 ***What is the cause of Overpopulation in a geographical area?***
**Human**: the overpopulation of our settlements or cities is measured by the availability of resources. Humans are the producers and provider of this social amenities/resources, whenever there is available jobs, roads, railways, traffic controls, production companies and a good working atmosphere(hourly works), meeting daily goals and resources then, overpopulation will be controlled.

 Let me take a sample space in a population of a town called Gaza in Nigeria, they have standard buildings, roads, jobs and social amenities but the system of financial, medical, production and supermarkets, and medical units are not favourable.
 
 The Banking system is slow, you see a queue when you want to deposit or withdraw and when you want to open an account or complain, some banks have no queue like others and they don't try to adopt other methods to resolve customer's lateness to work and other time delays. Medical units have so many units that need to be addressed, people sit in the reception room waiting for a long time, this got me to wonder that there are so many seek people in the community and our facilities need to be increased but the problem is time management to treat people thereby forming a long tiring queue and same thing with supermarkets where you just need few things but have to search for some items yourself and wait for some items to be produced like bread( this always happen in a market square I do buy bread), and to wait for customers in queue to be attended to by few store attendant. These are the things that seem a town is overpopulated most times.

 Low production of food and cash crops affects towns and cities, competition to survive and be rich is high. The world is large that we can never occupy the whole of it with our population, a man's wisdom comes from knowledge and trying to solve problems. We can have a tall building that touches the cloud with available resources, roads, offices and uninterrupted electricity, and the building will never be overpopulated.
 The government should help in eradicating zero hunger in the world and helping the small scales farmers to grow large crops. The government should also be involved in 50% of Agricultural activities in the nation, managing the kinds of structures to be built in cities and towns and how to supply them with social amenities, deploy new technology and software company.

 The Lord gave us the charge to go into the world and multiply our seeds on earth with all lands, animals, plants and rock, these resources are given to us to take care of them.
