Hi everyone, my name is Darlene, and I am an Aussie.

I am so pleased to have found this awesome community :) 

A passion of mine is writing and photogaphy, and prospecting while we travel. We still haven't found that elusive gold nugget to retire on yet though! 

2 years ago we rented out our house, left my 24 yr Nursing career, hubby his business, and set off around Australia while home schooling our 3 kiddies. I am looking forward to sharing our adventure.
