## What is Adblock Plus?

Adblock Plus is a free extension that allows you to - among other things - block annoying ads, disable tracking and block domains known to spread malware. Available for Android, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Maxthon, Opera, Safari and Yandex, Adblock Plus uses filters that you choose to block all unwanted elements.
Created by Wladimir Palant in 2006, Adblock Plus is an open source project licensed under GPLv3. In 2011, Palant, together with Till Faida, founded Eyeo to make its development sustainable.

## Adblock nedir ?
Adblock Plus, kötü amaçlı yazılımları engellemenize, izlemeyi engellemenize ve etki alanlarını engellemenize izin veren ücretsiz bir uzantıdır. Android, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Maxthon, Opera, Safari ve Yandex için mevcut olan Adblock Plus, istenmeyen unsurları filtreler kullanır. 2006 yılında Wladimir Palant tarafından hazırlanan Adblock Plus, GPLv3 kapsamında lisanslanan bir açık kaynak projesidir. 2011'de Palant, Till Faida ile birlikte gelişimini sürdürülebilir kılmak için Eyeo'yu kurdu.
