To learn hacking you have to be patient first, what do i mean ? its that u don't have to give up if something don't work with u from the first time u have to keep trying. as a beginner first try to use some tools done by others like (rats, viruses etc ...) just to understand how they work but careful from where u download, this stage is called the script kiddie stage. then u should start studying all Linux basics, after that u can take a CEH course which u can learn about all the basic hacking Technics (information gathering, enumeration, viruses, worms,botnets,keyloggers, rats, type of hackers, cryptography etc ...) after u build all this knowledge and messing around with some tools basically u can use Kali Linux. u can start trying to build your own tools, you can use python,c++ mostly used by pen-testers, i hope i helped you with my reply.
