## Did you ever dream of seeing the church duplicated? Duplicating is possible.

It may seem an exaggerated dream, but I want to tell you how experience taught us that God can make it possible if we are willing to place his teachings and attitudes among our priorities.

We have seen how God doubled the membership on several occasions and we are on track for the third.
We saw how God took us from 20 to 40 members, then from 40 to 80, and found us working for a new duplication of church members.

The thought that leads us to place the goal of duplicating each time is that we can not believe that a member of the church of Christ can not (with all the potential that Jesus offers) reproduce his life in another person for 365 days. has ahead.

In other words: We begin each day trusting that each member has received from God all the elements (time, strength, abilities, knowledge, spiritual gifts, etc.) as to share the gospel, disciple another person and integrate it to the people of God .

Looking at it from a perspective that will make some laugh and others cry, a serious Christian has to be too out of focus, with his priorities quite out of place, with his love tremendously off, his time poorly managed and his responsibility immensely dormant so that after a year he will not can bring as a fruit of his work A PERSON gained, taught and affirmed in Jesus.

Duplicating confronts each member with its own responsibility in the work of the church.
The goal of duplicating ourselves (Each one is responsible for winning, discipling and integrating a person) allows to focus the members on the most important thing: the lost people.

Reasons that sustain this constant challenge of doubling us
We work to duplicate ourselves because ...

#The natural thing is that every Christian as a result of another Christian

Jesus shows in John 17.9-10 that his ministry was to be reproduced in people and in John 15.16 he clarifies to his disciples that the choice of them had the specific purpose that they would continue the pattern placed before their eyes by Himself.

Every Christian has in his neighbor all the possibilities of being a Christian.
It is interesting to note in the passages of John 13.34-35 and Matthew 25.34-35 that it is in direct action to people where we can achieve the purpose of Jesus.
Are most of our hours used in direct actions towards people?
It is good to point out that many programs and meetings can not replace personal approach to others.

# Because God has shown that he can do it
God has shown throughout history from 1st Corinthians 3.6 until today that he is willing to give growth in quality and quantity to his church.
If God has given constant growth many times it means that the side of the work to be polished is the part that belongs to us.
Once a church experiences the first experience of duplication, discover what are the correct paths to reach the goal.
This opens the eyes of the church to the reality that this experience can be repeated over and over again.
It's just a matter of maintaining focus.

# Because it forces us to work
The best way to move forward is to set goals in front of us.
As Paul indicates in 2 Timothy 2.6, the fruit will come as a result of the work.
The goal of duplication commits each member to personal and weekly work, no one can look to the side and if he does it will be his responsibility before God.

# Because it only fails who does not try.

The only one who did not achieve what the owner expected in the parable of Matthew 25.25 was the one who did not try because of his fear.
It is not that he was not capable, it is that he did not understand that the owner had given him everything for him to achieve.Have you ever thought that God wants to accomplish this year in his church?
Have you ever been encouraged to think that everything your church has and is given to you by the owner to duplicate it for Him?
It's worth trying, God will surprise you.

# Because it challenges our Faith

We need faith to keep us where we are as a church, but Hebrews 11.1 shows us that faith goes beyond what is in sight.
Faith is the conviction of something to be expected, especially as Hebrews 11 of "Concrete Acts" shows, it is time that apart from believing in Jesus we as leaders begin to challenge our faith with concrete facts for which we work with all our effort and let us wait with all our trust placed in God.
Do not forget that Jesus keeps repeating to each one of us the question of John 11.40.

# Our next challenge: Re-multiply
Why am I telling all this?
Because it is necessary to put the challenge of growing on the table of our church.
It is time to encourage us to speak to our members about "concrete facts" that we want to reach by faith.
Waiting for the necessary means, the ideal motivations and the right moments can be one of the best ways to never do it.
It is better to try and fail, than to never try, because not trying is a lack of faith.

Do you remember the Carey saying that everyone names? «Expect great things from God, try great things for God»
Well, it's time to stop admiring both the saying and start putting it into practice.
