I finally received one of the better prizes on FreeBitco.in that pushed me over the threshold so that I could be paid out.

This website is considered a Faucet.  For this site, you are able to click and earn once every hour.  Other Faucets have different time periods however most of the time you will always get the lowest amount available with is a small fraction of a penny.
